Browser tools

The Prompt Generator and API Cost Estimator run in your browser. Task text, optional prompt fields, and token counts are not sent to an AI API, written to Local Storage, or included in analytics events.

If you sign in and explicitly choose to save a generated prompt, the saved prompt title, category, content, source template reference, folder assignment, and timestamps are stored in Cloudflare D1 so your workspace can display them later.

Google sign-in

If you choose to sign in with Google, we store the basic profile returned by Google OAuth: your Google account ID, email address, display name, profile image URL, email verification status, provider name, login time, session record, and limited browser user-agent text for troubleshooting. Session tokens are stored as hashes in Cloudflare D1.

We do not ask for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other sensitive Google account permissions. You can use the public guide pages and browser tools without signing in.

Saved workspace and billing status

Saved prompts are private to your signed-in account by default. Workspace API routes check your session and ownership before returning, editing, moving, exporting, or deleting saved prompts.

If you use a paid plan, we may store billing metadata such as payment provider, plan, status, PayPal order ID, PayPal transaction ID, current period end, amount, currency, and timestamps so the workspace can unlock the correct features.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Access LLM Guide does not store raw card, bank, or PayPal password data. PayPal handles payment details under its own privacy policy and account terms.

Analytics

The production deployment may use Cloudflare Web Analytics or another privacy-focused provider to measure page views and broad interaction events. Analytics must not receive prompt text, email addresses, detailed token values, or complete query strings. This page will be updated with the selected provider before production tracking is enabled.

Correction reports

The GitHub repository is private, so public correction and privacy requests should go through the contact page. If you email us, the email provider processes your message under its own policy.

Third-party links

Links to Kimi, Moonshot AI, model providers, PayPal, and source material lead to third-party services with their own policies. Review those policies before creating an account, paying, or submitting information.

Your choices

You can use the browser tools without an account. You may sign out to delete the current browser session from our session table. For account data deletion requests, contact us through the process below without posting private details publicly.
